Bad tablets and great Ipad!!!

So in my last post I said that Carst and I didn't have our tablets anymore and I didn't have my starter kit for my tablet anymore and oh ya Carst didn't have his screen protector anymore. Well here is the reason why. On Christmas morning Carst and I were so excited to open our tablets and play with them. Well come to find out that they both stunk! We were so sad because we had just spend all this money on all this stuff and waited an hour outside Shopko on Thanksgiving. But it all turned out great! We were smart enough to keep all the receipts to all the stuff. So on Christmas we decided that we were going to try to take all the stuff back to and get out money back and lucky us Shopko gave us our money back and so did Zagg. Toys r Us wouldn't give us our money back they would only would give us in store credit but that turned out great. So in the end we decided to get an Ipad and it was the best decision ever!!!!! And since Toys r Us was mean and wouldn't give us are money back we were lucky enough to find a smart cover which is for the Ipad that when you put it on it pretty much just turns off your Ipad for you.

Christmas Eve and Christmas!!!!

Well to start off Christmas Eve we were lucky enough to attend our nephews bapstim!!! It was a great a day and a prefect way to start the day. We then went back to the Taylor's to have a lunch and spend a little bit of time with the Taylor's. We then came home and almost finished off The Hunger Games oh man do I love that book! After we headed over to my parents and at the Harding's Christmas Eve is probably bigger then Christmas itself. First off we have a hug dinner and its always the same which I love (My mom tried to change it one year and we  all freaked out and said no) it's always sprial honey ham, Cheesy potatos,rolls,stuffing and lots of other yummy stuff but those are the basics. After that santa brings us all new pjs which is so much. We then all get in our pjs and mom reads us a christmas story, dad then reads the christmas story out of the bible. After all that there is still more my parents get us a new orniment every year and this year then got one for carst and I that said first christmas it was very cute. Then my parents give us coloring books because when we were little we use to not be able to sleep one christmas eve because we were so excited so they would give them to us to pass the time (I think tradition come from my grandma Harding). Last but not least they always buy a new movie to watch. We use to always open a present on christmas eve but we didn't do that this year because we drew names between the sibilings. Well Carst and I went home after that (we didn't sleep over we use to all sleep in the same room on christmas eve) we decided that we wanted to try to start our own traditions. So we went to bed and then got up early early in the morning at 6 we opened up all our presents to each other(which we got spoiled) but then headed back over to my parents. It was a lot of fun Ben,Lindsay and Macee were there so the entire family was together and it was so much fun. We got a surround system from my parents and lots of fun other stuff over there too. Well after that I went back to sleep for awhile and Carst stayed up to mess with his new toy. We then went to church which was perfect for christmas. After we went over to the Taylor's and got some great gifts there too and had some great company!!!! We went back over to my parents house later that night to finish up with some extented family. All and all it was the best first christmas Carst and I could have had. We are so grateful for two amazing families and we look forward to have many many more christmas with them.

If you know me at all I love love love Christmas!!!! I is my favorite holiday so I really like to get into the spirit of Christmas. So this year was Carst and I first Christmas married so it was so much fun decorating the house and the Christmas tree. We also make awesome gingerbread house that my sister crystal bought all the stuff for so that was really fun too and I think mine and car's rocked!!!

Caramel apple for our Sunday school kids

Well not to long ago we had our last class with all our cute sunday school kids! It was very sad to see them move on to a different class but we thought that we would make them something special before they left us so we made them these yummy caramel apple and they sure were yummy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanksgiving

Well I have been so terrible the last couple of weeks updating my blog so there are going to be a couple of different post for all the different holidays. Even if no one reads this blog I'm deteremined to keep up on my blog, I look at my blog as a journal so someday my kids can read it. Well here we go this is the first activity Thanksgiving. I will also someday get better at taking more pictures!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We Love the temple

This past weekend was not the must enjoyable I had a conference in Provo. Parts of the conference were really good but other parts were really boring. But the weekend before we got to go to the temple with my cousin to get her endowments out and it was really exciting and amazing as usual.

We love weekends!!!!

So this past weekend had its up and downs but mostly up. So my down part of the weekend was when my car didn't pass safety because it needed new tires and new back brake pads or something. So I had just set all this money aside for christmas and was so excited because we were going to have a great christmas but I ended up having to take all that money out of saving to use I my car. I cried a little. Ok maybe a lot but it was hard. Carst really wasn't upset at all because he knew that we would have a amazing first christmas no matter what, it took me a minute to come around and I started thinking about it and we will have plenty for christmas but that is not the most important things. The most important thing is that I get to be with my family (even Ben, Lindsey, Macee and even Zoey) and my husbands family but the very very most important person the person I love the very most in my life my Carsty baby. So we will have a wonderful christmas. Well that was my sad part of my weekend but the rest was just fun. On thursday night (Fall break for work) I got to spend some fun time with my friends that I haven't seen in ages. We went to the greenery and it was great! Then we got to spend so just girl time at Maddee's and talk it was great to just talk and hang out with great friends. Well then friday morning was the day that I got the bad news about car but then Carst took me to a pumkin patch to cheer me up and we a blast the rest of the day. We picked out our cute pumkins and will be craving them soon(I'll post pictures) Then we got a call from my mother to inform us that my mom and dad would be treating us to a free movie and dinner before. We had pigs in a blanket before and went and seen cowboys and aliens. It was ok just wait till it come out to rent. Then to top the weekend off saturday night we got to go to a fun Halloween party. The Jackson's always do a Halloween party for the adults. It's just a fun way of getting to dress up as an adults. Overall the weekend was great and I can't wait for the next one.
